That's pretty sweet, I assumed it might be Cardiff. It'd be nice to have some Witch House stuff up in that area.

Re: Necklaces / Pendants / Jewellery

There's a pentacle necklace I keep seeing everywhere on witch house clothing sites going for like £15 or dollars/euros or whatever. Anyways I have come across it on ebay significantly cheaper than that because it's one of those bulk things, I guess.

Re: Witch Documentaries

I watched a good one back in August on BBC 4 called The Pendle Witch Child. It was more about the trials and how they changed over time and it used animation rather than actors for the reconstructions. I don't think it's available online anymore, but here's a link to the page about it anyways http:/...

Re: SCARY witch house bands - suggestions?

'Preliminary Invocations' was on heavy rotation whenever I was working on my spirit photography project last year. It had the creepy atmosphere I wanted to work under.

Thanks, that's kind of what I supposed it may be like but wasn't certain. Some real lush stuff on there. I feel like I need to do some shopping now.

Re: this is more of a request - men's fashion

For those of you in the UK, River Island tends to be inundated with slightly witchy t-shirts nearly all of the time. Triangles and black and white photograph prints abound, as well as a few occult symbols floating about. Personally I'm rather fond of this and this right now. And yes I do realise th...

I would totally buy that Red Goddess book for the sweet cover art alone. Thanks for the link!

Completely agree with the secondhand thing. I've made a few necklaces from old keyrings from Lourdes. Charity shops are definitely worth a rummage for jewellery.

Re: ELECTRIC OCEANS

I'm not too hot on Baroque, but the few works of Gentileschi's that I've come across in my degree have been really intriguing in terms of her interpretation of such charcters (especially in regard to how others of her age did). But yeah, wasn't expecting it to pop up in some witch house related artw...

Really nice. Loved the first two, especially the reflection effects.

Is that the Judith piece by Gentileschi in the second?

Re: Esben and the Witch

I got one of their early EPs which had some really good tunes on, but haven't listened to the album yet. They're alright, though some of the songs sound kind of similar. However from live footage I've seen they look like they put on a great show.

Haven't had any free time to download and listen, but it looks pretty good from the tracklist. Ugh on my to-do-list.
