If it's orange or green cough syrup you're wasting your time. Make sure it's purple. I like it the traditional way with Sprite but a friend of mine normally mixes it with fruit punch. It's too sweet like that to me. Just pour enough to get a light pink texture if it's your first time. It's a downer, remember.
