not really witch house, "just" emo trap. or neo-emo trap lol, I always think the first wave of true emo-rap happpened in early 00s, pioneered by Atmosphere / artists from Anticon label.

cool beat but sounds like hundreds other tracks in that xanax sad boy genre. I feel like this style got fully exploited a few years ago already.

yeah expected lol, was just asking if it can be considered that cause of the reese but obvs not lmao, thanks for the response, do you know of any old artists that do this type of stuff though? and/or where i could learn to make stuff like it? though it's an already used sound i wanna persue it and hopefully find my own style of it, i'm pretty young myself so i wouldn't know any old pop punk artists that could inspire this type of stuff, other than my chemical romance etc.

You mean recommendations for older releases that touched this emo-trap thing?

HeveN was doing this for years, he used to be active on this forum ages ago, check out for example his last album before he quit doing this style of music:
https://daggerforest.bandcamp.com/album/angel

his older stuff can be found here: https://hereinheven.bandcamp.com/music and also his side project Kane https://kane4e.bandcamp.com/

all the old mixtape-albums from Bones (the 2013-2015 years especially)
https://www.discogs.com/artist/1635814-Bones-28

Fifty Grand is also one of the forgotten names, nice atmospheric beats:
https://fiftygrand.bandcamp.com/
He did a few free EPs for Aural Sects with witchy vibes (check them all on their bandcamp) i.e.
https://auralsects.bandcamp.com/album/exceptional

Corbin fka Spooky Black discography is prob on point too

Clams Casino obviously, esp his first mixtapes
