Great BBC4 Doc from about 10 years ago charting the rise of electronic music from it's experimental roots to it's 80s pop heyday. Some Great interviews with the likes of Kraftwerk, OMD, The Human League, Gary Numan, Cabaret Voltaire, John Foxx, Throbbing Gristle etc.

They did a whole 'Britannia' series usually followed by a programme of archival performances from shows like Top of the Pops and The Old Grey Whistle Test. They covered Reggae, Heavy Metal, Punk, Blues, Pop, Dance, Folk, Games etc. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_B ... umentaries

'The Death and Resurrection Show' on Amazon Prime is great - a massive 2 1/2 hour documentary on Killing Joke that goes into detail about their occult side more than you'd expect.
