Every now and then I log in to BC's bandcamp and check out his latest albums hoping he might surprise me with something new. Nope. Same formulas for a decade but it still slaps lol. If you found a gold making recipe why change it, eh? The whole album is heavily inspired by southern hip-hop, be it Memphis rap, trap or phonk. "Green sky" is dope, love how simple and catchy it can be. "Too late" ventures dangerously into a cringy-pop territory, personally I find it the weakest link of this mini-album.
