What are some ways to combine ravey breakbeat hardcore with witch house?

I want to take this back to the early 90's. Especially to oldschool hardcore rave. It went under a lot of names but the sound remained the same with some modern artists combining oldchool rave with other genres.
But seriously, I wonder if this has been done before...or maybe I could be the first...? What do you think? How do I approach this strange combo?
